However, in the past, we have also encountered some unreasonable incidents, so we thought we should really spell everything out to avoid any unnecessary disagreements. 

If for any reason, you are not happy with our products, simply send the item back to us in its original packaging and condition (tags must be attached) and we will exchange your item or provide you with a refund. Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of the date on your invoice.
