If for any reason, you are not happy with our products, simply send the item back to us in its original packaging and condition (tags must be attached) and we will exchange your item or provide you with a refund. Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of the date on your invoice.

No need to dry clean, it effects the restorability of the jacket.
Please flip your jacket inside out and hand wash with warm water. Be sure to use a neutral detergent and leave it out to dry completely.
Please note
Down comes from the soft fury feathers of the duck and contains 5% oil, which could have a slight odour. Please make sure you hang the jacket out to dry completely, so the odour does not develop.
The surface material is made of high density nylon and super fine seams to lock in the feather and down. In the rare case that the filing does pop out, gently pull it back in from the inside.
