We want you to be happy and if possible, we want you to become a fan! So we are doing whatever is within our power to make your experience with Mamaway UK a delightful one. However, in the past, we have also encountered some unreasonable incidents, so we thought we should really spell everything out to avoid any unnecessary disagreements.
If for any reason, you are not happy with our products, simply send the item back to us in its original packaging and condition (tags must be attached) and we will exchange your item or provide you with a refund. Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of the date on your invoice.

We recommend that you use a tracking service to ship back the unwanted item(s). Please note that it is your responsiblity to ensure that your return items reach our office. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged return parcels
