Shapewear has been around for a number of years now and helps women to have a much smoother shape under their clothing. If you have ever shopped for shapewear then you'll know that there are loads of different types for you to choose from. It could be that you want lightweight shapewear just to smooth out lumps and bumps and it could be that you want shapewear that helps you look slimmer - whatever you are looking for there will be something to suit you.

Shapewear comes in all shapes and sizes - from full body suits, to just underwear that can make your bottom half appear a bit smaller. It is simply a matter of shopping around in order to find the type of shapewear that suits you and your needs best.

Wearing Shapewear Whilst Nursing

There is no problem with you wearing shapewear whilst nursing, but you could find this very uncomfortable. Remember when you give birth your body goes through a huge trauma and some massive changes, so putting shapewear on that is too tight and rigid might prove too uncomfortable.

T

he good news is that there are shapewear types out there that are designed to help with this. Nursing shapewear is often lightweight and easy to wear - designed to give the body a little support without being too tight and uncomfortable. It is even possible to get these with nursing bras built in, to help make life even easier.
